So um saw this thought of a um pokemon Sylveon to be exact. Sorry It just happened so I did the outfit based on the colors took me a while to figure out what could go where and the behold I got it done. Oh yea me.

I hope you guys like it. The hair color and back ground and skin were not from Sylveon's design I just chose what worked.
